Agreed Lease Termination (Type A)
AGREED LEASE TERMINATION-TYPE A
FOR MUTUALLY EXCHANGED CONSIDERATION, the following agreement is made on this day of [Date of Agreement] between [Name of Landlord], hereinafter referred to as Landlord, and [Name of Tenant], hereinafter referred to as Tenant.
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant previously entered into a lease dated [Date of Lease]; and both such parties now desire to terminate the lease, it is hereby agreed by both parties, intending to be legally bound, as follows:
1. Said lease shall cease as of [Date of Termination].
2. Except in regards to such obligations as arose prior to the cancellation date set out in paragraph 1 above, both parties agree to release each other of all liability under the lease.
3. Should any terms of agreement exist in addition to the those contained within the aforementioned Lease, said agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
